Ryde-Eastwood Winter Swiss-style Tournament

Dear Members,

We will be starting a new competition on Wednesday, details are;

Tournament type – Swiss
Time limit – 90 minutes plus 10 seconds per move
Number of rounds – 7, one round each Wednesday

Start time – 7.30pm Wednesday 3rd July

If you want to compete please let me know before 6pm Tuesday 3nd July.

Ryde-Eastwood Chess Club Championship 2019

Dear Members,

Our club championship starts on Wednesday, there will be one game played each Wednesday and depending on the number of entries the tournament could run for the next 8 to 11 weeks. The time limit for each game will be 40 moves within 90 minutes and 30 minutes to finish.

If you would like to play in the tournament please let me know before 6.00pm Tuesday 6th March.

Ryde-Eastwood Chess Club 2019 Programme


Dear Members,

Attached is our 2019 program, you’ll note that our rapid play competition starts on Wednesday at 7.30pm, time limit will be 20 min plus 10 sec per move, there will be 9 rounds 3 rounds each Wednesday. If you want to play please let me know before 6.00pm Tuesday 12th February.

Also note if you want to play you must pay your chess club membership fee and be a member or a registered player of NSWCA.
