Annual Dinner
Dear Members,
You and your partner are invited to our annual followed by dinner in the Golden Hawk Restaurant.
The presentation will start at 7.30pm on Wednesday 6th December in our chess room.
If you would like to come to dinner the cost will be:-
Member - $30
Partner - $45
If the member is a child and orders from the kid’s menu there will be no charge.
If your partner is a child and orders from the kid’s menu the cost will be $12.
Each member is allowed one partner.
The menu is attached, if you can organise a group of 4 or more and are seated together you can order the banquet, otherwise you must order from the set course menu.
Please let me know before 5.00pm Monday 4th December if you wish come to dinner so I can make appropriate booking arrangements and you must pay Mohan before 7.30pm Wednesday 6th December.
