Annual Presentation and Dinner 2018
Dear Members,
Next Wednesday 5th December we will have our Presentation in our chess room starting at 7.30pm followed by dinner in the Golden Hawk Restaurant, you are all invited. Each member is allowed to bring one partner to the restaurant and you will be responsible to order your dinner from the menu (copies attached) and pay the restaurant for your dinner and drinks, less the standard 10% discount if you present you Leagues Club Membership card in addition the Chess Club will contribute $20 per person which will be deducted from your bill.
Also, all financial members will receive a bonus equivalent to your membership fee which can be used towards the cost of your membership fee for next year or paid to you.
So that we can make appropriate arrangements I need to know before 5pm Monday 3rd December the following;
- Members attending dinner?
- Members and partner attending dinner?
- How your bonus is paid?
