Ryde-Eastwood Chess Club 2019 AGM

Dear Members,

You are invited to our 2019 AGM which will be held on Wednesday in our chess room commencing at 7.30pm. The agenda for the meeting will be:

1. Opening of the meeting by the President – Les Mikolajczyk.
2. Minutes of the 2018 AGM by the Secretary – Rob Watson.
3. Financial report by the Treasurer – Mohan Pagadala.
4. Election of the committee for 2019 by the Returning Officer – Bill Gletsos.
5. General business discussion by the 2019 Committee and Members.
6. Closing of the meeting by the President.

Following the meeting casual games may be played.
