2012 Presentation Evening and Annual Dinner

Please read the following important Announcement from the President on the 2012 Presentation Evening and Annual Dinner:

Dear Members,

I invite you and your partner to our presentation night followed by dinner in the Golden Hawk Restaurant.

The presentation night is on Wednesday 12^th December starting at 7.30pm in our chess room.

If you would like to come to dinner the cost is;

Member    - $25

Your partner - $40

If your partner is a child and they order from the children’s menu the cost would be $10.

The menu is attached.

Let me know ASAP if you wish to attend dinner and please pay Greig Edwards before 7.30 pm 12^th December.
