2012 Presentation Evening and Annual Dinner

Please read the following important Announcement from the President on the 2012 Presentation Evening and Annual Dinner:

Dear Members,
I invite you and your partner to our presentation night followed by dinner in the Golden Hawk Restaurant.
The presentation night is on Wednesday 12th December starting at 7.30pm in our chess room.
If you would like to come to dinner the cost is;
Member    - $25
Your partner - $40
If your partner is a child and they order from the children’s menu the cost would be $10.
The menu is attached.
Let me know ASAP if you wish to attend dinner and please pay Greig Edwards before 7.30 pm 12th December.

Good to know about this evening and annual dinner party. We are also planning to start annual office dinner events and will host very first one in next week. Have already booked one of LA event venues for corporate parties! Hoping that everything will be perfect!
